About Butyl Rubber:

The super waterproof tape is often referred to as a strong adhesive tape. These tapes are made with extruded butyl rubber, which has permanent adhesion and pressure sensitivity. They provide an immediate protective seal against water, air, or dust while remaining permanently flexible. They are ideal for sealing cracks and joints, for example with screwed ventilation flanges and round ducts in HVAC systems, air conditioning housings, roof and cladding systems, roofs, as well as caravan panels, windshields and taillights on vehicles, as well as glass and metal.

NOTE.

• Due to the strong adhesion, it is advisable to wear gloves to avoid sticking your hands together.
• In winter, it is advisable to use a hairdryer to warm up the tape before application.
• Do not remove the tape within the first 24 hours after application.
