Is this product safe to use on the face?

Skin and Hair Type
Is it suitable for me?
As with any other IPL treatment, this requires pigment in the hair to attract the light. When the light is attracted, the hair roots are heated up, which prevents regrowth. Correspondingly, a low level of pigment in the skin is necessary so that the skin does not attract the light. Thus, it works on (natural) dark blonde, brown, and black hair, and on skin tones from very light to dark brown, but it does not work on red, light blonde, white, or gray hair, or on very dark skin.*
