Instructions for Use:

1. Use a damp cloth to clean the magnetic points around the neck pad. This will improve heat transfer and keep the pad clean. If the magnetic beads are not damp, they may take longer to heat up.
2. Place the neck pad around your neck and secure it firmly. Ensure it fits comfortably. You will notice the magnetic points gradually begin to warm up. Allow the neck pad to heat up properly for 15-30 minutes.
3. Use the pad 2-3 times daily with 3-hour breaks in between. If the neck pad becomes too hot for you, simply loosen and remove it. The neck pad will begin to cool down immediately.
