PRODUCT FEATURES

• Transparent, elastic, and pure polypropylene sealant:
  Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use on concrete surfaces, including prefabricated components, cement foundations, and masonry.
  Fantastic for sealing around drainage pipes, tunnels, and toilets, as well as protecting metal and stone conduits from corrosion.
  Important: To achieve maximum waterproof effect, avoid water contact for the first 24 hours after application.
  User-friendly: No mixing required, ready for immediate use, and application can be easily done with a brush.

• Advanced gel-like consistency:
  Utilizes a higher concentration, resulting in a semi-transparent, gelatinous texture that enhances stability and adhesion.
  This superior viscosity improves film formation:
  The finely tuned formula creates a clear, thick gel that provides a strong and long-lasting waterproof seal.

• Outstanding resistance to extreme temperatures:
  Will not deform or melt in high heat.
  Remains intact in cold conditions without cracking.
  Effective in temperatures ranging from -60°C to 120°C.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Ensure the surface to be applied is clean, dry, and free of moisture before use.
• For larger cracks or holes, it is recommended to first apply a premium sealing layer before this waterproof sealant for best results.
• Avoid applying excessively thick layers; if a thicker layer is necessary, allow the first layer to dry completely before applying another.
• Do not apply in rainy weather to ensure the sealing performance is not compromised.
